Superior design plans

At Gittens Home Designs, we have over 23 years' experience of bringing our clients’ designs to life. Our motto is:

If you can dream it then we can build it

This means that we work closely with you to understand your detailed requirements, and to design your dream home as close to your unique specifications as possible using our cutting edge modelling and visualisation tools. We are not happy until we deliver the ultimate finished product!

Our design services encompass design and blue printing, health and planning approval, site inspection, 3D modelling and visualisation, as well as design consultation. We have experience of working on both residential and commercial projects.

The design process

We can help with any design requirement from a renovation, extension or conversion up to complete new builds:

  • We meet with you in person for an initial discussion of your plans. We provide advice on what will work in your available space and how we can help meet your individual requirements

  • We then sketch out your ideas first, to check that we are agreed on the approach

  • Once you are happy, we draw up detailed design plans using our extensive range of design software

  • We produce a full set of drawings which we ensure will comply with any necessary building regulations. We use state of the art CAD technology so your plans are comprehensive and cover all of your specific requirements
